The Planner I works as part of a planning team that develops and implements land use policy, guidelines and by-laws and review rezoning applications for the Vancouver-Midtown Division. Recent planning initiatives for this area include Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct Plan, Grandview Woodland Community Plan, Norquay Village Neighbourhood Centre Plan and Mount Pleasant Community Plan. A number of significant rezoning applications are also dealt with.
